It seems everywhere I've traveled across the globe, the first thing people mention when they find out I'm from Louisiana is how much they LOVE our food! And the food most of them mention by name is jambalaya! They say the name with a reverence and reminiscence that it appears to have a fond memory tied to that dish. So here is the first recipe of our new blog... BASIC CAJUN JAMBALAYA!
